Request an RMA
Contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all processed returns.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated service center using a tracked carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the equipment to verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your requested exchange.
